What type of CES report is needed in Application for NCLEX in hawaii?

hi everyone, just want to ask if you have any idea what type of report is needed for the application of NCLEX in hawaii? Is it Healthcare profession and Science report? or Full education course-by-course report? Thank you very much

I would think it would be the full education course but best bet is to ask this question in the international forum

what exactly do I have to ask my nursing school to send for the CES report, if I need the Full Education Course by Course report?.

The nursing school has to send my Diploma or certificate?..
The books that we used?

The school has to complete the form and break down the nursing course you did and how many hours both theory and practical

The school needs to send in a completed set of transcripts to CGFNS for the CES report. If additional information is needed, then CGFNS will ask for it. I am sure that they have completed these requests before.
