what is the salary of clinic nurse in hongkong?

hi i was called in for an interview as a clinic nurse. they are willing to pay me only $8000 the first month and it goes on like that and my final salary will be $10,000 by 6 month. but i feel its too less. and they're also asking me to sign a contract for almost 2 years. i am not happy with the salary nor with the duration of the contract. can i ask the employer to reduce the duration of the contract to a year or is there a way to terminate or server the contract? if so do i need to pay fine? and just how much fine are we talking about? if anyone has any idea, please help me.
