What questions does the Nurse directer usually ask on interview

I’m from China,I got my RN license in MA last month. I'll have an interview next week in a Nursing Center. This is my first interview after i got my license I‘m really hoping to do it well.

so what questions does the Nurse directer usually like to ask on interview?How can i prepare it?
