what are the hours/shifts in nz?

    Hi there

    Just a quick question, am curious about general shifts/hours in NZ (8 or 12 hour ones). Is the night shift generally 11pm til 7am?

    Usually around about that time frame, yes. Although there are some who do 12 hour shifts, done a couple myself

    In Auckland at least, day shifts can either be 7am-3pm (8h) or 7am-7pm (12h). Pm shift is 3pm-11pm (8h). Night shift is either 11pm-7am (8h) or 7pm-7am (12h)
