what exam do i need to take first to work abroad as US RN?

good day all!

im archie from the philippines and just graduated and passed the board exam.. i just would like to ask if what exam should i need to take first: NCLEX, CGFNS, IELTS etc so that i could work abroad as US RN.. should i take first these exams before i volunteer or work as a staff nurse here in the Philippines (so that i could have more clinical experience to develop my skills as a nurse) or the other way around.. please help.. i really need some advise..
