Not one thing can be with you, all pockets are emptied and everything is locked up. If anything is found on you, they can remove you from the testing center and void your exam.

You are allowed nothing with you other than the clothes on your back, even your pockets will be searched before you can enter the testing room.

Like what suzanne4 said, you will not be allowed to bring anything else except your clothes. Oh, and you will be asked to bring your passport and the key of the locker assigned to you when you go inside the testing room. If you will wear a watch or bring your rosary, the administrator will ask you to remove them and place it inside your locker just outside the testing room. Do not attempt to bring any reviewer.

Stricter than you can imagine. Things are done as we do in the US, and this is the same for all licensure exams, no matter what the field.
