I moved your thread to the International Forum where it is more appropriate as a foreign-trained nurse.

You will be applying for licensure as an RN to the BON for licensure, in this case WA for you. Please have a good read on their website about the additional requirements that are going to need to be met before they will grant permission for you to test for there.

You also need to spend sometime reading here and be aware that new grads that trained in WA are having problems in finding jobs, as a foreign trained nurse that is going to need to be petitioned for a visa to work here, it is going to be almost impossible to get. Even two months ago, it was quite difficult, now with how things are here with our economy, it is even going to be harder.

Other issue is that you are looking at more than five years for a chance at a visa, would recommend going someplace and getting experience there first as well. You cannot even do a thing until you have an actual license number in hand in terms of applying from your country.

You may also with to consider taking the English exams first as you are going to neet to pass these in order to get a visa for the US as well and to get the Visa Screen Certificate. All told you are looking at a period of probably 8 months or so to get thru the licensing with WA if you read their website and meet their requirements to test.

We ask that you do not use text messaging here, but full English to make it easier for all to understand.

Not sure if you understand about how much rain that there is there, and you still need to go out in it and go to work. Again, please be aware that even if you pass the NCLEX exam for WA, it is going to be quite difficult for you to find an employer there. You need to be very aware of these things before you even start.
