wants to migrate in canada

I worked as a nurse in the philippines for 3 years up to present,i was assigned in Operating Room Unit.I know that my experience is enough for me to be able to work in a foreign country like canada...i attended a seminar conducted by canadian immigration consultancy because I wanted to apply for an immigrant visa for me to be able to go to canada immediately and of course because of the benefits that I can get rather that applying for a working visa according to the immigration consultancy.They also told us that the help that we can get for the immigration process to accomplish in a short span of time is to find or can I say to have our employer in the canada, it means direct employer from canada if we have relatives or friends there....I just wanted to know is it difficult for us filipino nurses to find an employer in canada? just wanted to gets some advise because it is an advantage if i can find an employer in canada to wave the show money that the embassy want..hope that someone could help me..any opinions or advise will be greatly appreciated..thank you!
