Want to move to Australia

I am an Indian nurse alredy in immigration process for USA.But with retrogression in effect i feel like to move to AUSTRALIA.

Can any one guide me how to apply for placement ,through agent or can be done by myself.

So plz put some light on to the process and help me to move to AUSTRALIA
