Visiting US & Looking for CNA Program Info


I will like to take a cna programme in America where my siblings are. Though am a registered nurse here in Nigeria, I ve been practising for 3years. I want to take the cna while awaiting my nclex.
Can i be permitted to take the course while coming on visitation to US.

I also heard of NNAAP examination, please somebody should help me

CNA will not help you stay in the US and work. With retrogression you are looking at years waiting.

Taking the course will not permit you to work in the US, so no real sense in taking it. We do not have any visas available now and even with passing of the NCLEX exam, you are still not going to be able to remain here.

There is much written here about the retrogression and what it means, would suggest that you read up on it.
