I have to take IELTS test again for VisaScreen Renewal?

If it has expired then yes you need to retake the exam and pass

It will expire on Dec 28th 2010.
When I have to starts the formality for renewal.

When does your IELTS expire? Remember for most it has a validity of 2 years so if it will expire or will expire during the renewal process of your VSC then it will need redoing
