how and where can i find US immigration attorney?? is there a fee for that?

Thanks for all the responses. I received my VSC via DHL ysterday. What a relief. I hope and pray we'll also find relief from this burden of retrogression very soon. Keeping fingers crossed!

16c. Question-If you passed either the SBTPE/NCLEX-RN,Please list date and location where you passed the examination:
Month_____ Day_______Year____State/Province_____Country_________
Did passing of this exam lead to a licensing being issued in the same state/province/country : Yes_____ No_______
I took the exam in Makati,Philippines
I passed the Washington State Board exam.---I was issued a license
Does the question in this part---16c is asking if the Board of nursing which I applied for licensure issued me a license?Does it mean I have to answer YES
Please help.thank you.
