Visa Screen application Guidelines

I know there are some threads about Visa Screen already
and that i know where to find the application...
sorry that i'm posting this...
i am just really having anxiety, a lot of it...
so reading the whole handbook is overwhelming
that i think i dont understand what to do...

I hope somebody can guide me...
i have my ielts exam that will reach its 2 years on Jan 19, 2010
i have passed my nclex exam wherein i received the letter last Jun 1, 2009

can anyone guide me with the process?
it will be truly appreciated...

btw, i'm not currently in my home country where i took nursing.

Thank you very much

God bless!

The handbook available to download on CGFNS website explains clearly the VSC process.

they said that its faster doing the online application? how can I access that?
The forms needed are to be submitted to the following schools, regulation body?
what should i do with my ielts result, how can i forward it?
can i pay later if all of the forms are completed?
am i the one to send the required documents such as TOR, RLE... (should it be a certified true copy? notarized? or just a photocopy is acceptable?

SORRY that I have a lot of questions...

Generally documents have to go direct from the body, You really need to read the handbook on VSC as it does give you steps on who sends what
