visa screen??

Hello Silverdragon102...I just passed the NCLEX-RN Cali..friends told me to take ielts now and apply for visa screen. What purpose will it give me this time since it's retrogression? Isn't this is also expiring?

hi! i have a few questions to ask...

1. i read somewhere here that if 10 years has already passed since my high school graduation then it's fine if i don't send any documents like HS diploma and HS certificate? If you have copies send them and they will make the decision. I sent mine just in case

2. is it ok if i send Copy of Test Results ( from Cali BON. $10) instead of Verification of CA RN Licensure ( from Cali BON. $60) to CGFNS as this is much cheaper? A lot will depend on whether CGFNS will accept copy of test result instead of Verification

3. if my VSC got approved does it mean that my NCLEX-RN & IELTS will be valid for 5 years instead of the usual 3yrs validity for CA NCLEX & 2 yrs for IELTS? VSC will not replace validity of your CA license that is state specific and nothing to do with VSC. IELTS will be valid for 5 years but if you have to renew it (VSC) and IELTS has expired then you have to resit IELTS

4. is it legal for me to apply VSC if currently im under petition by my father? It is legal for you to apply for VSC because if your immigrant visa number comes up before your family petition application comes up you will require VSC
