Please refer to the CGFNS website for specifics as to requirements for the VSC.

based from the cgfns visa screen handbook application it needs NLE from your country of education and you said you havent taken it.

it depends on how fast they recieve your documents. it usually take more or less 6 months.

are you us citizen , immigrant status, or still in the philippines?

Sorry, but what you have posted is incorrect. The NLE result is needed if it was written. If it was not written and the state accepted them for licensure without it, then they do not need it.

The application states to list all states or countries where one holds a license, but it does not state that it is mandatory.

Some states are now requiring the local license, but not all are at this time. It makes sense to have it as one cannot get experience without it, but at the same time CGFNS does not require it if the state does not.

If there was never a license issued and the exam was never written, then no issue. However, if the exam was written, then it must be passed before the VSC will be issued. If the person wrote the exam but did not pass, then the US government will not permit them to get the VSC. And it is the US government that CGFNS/ICHP is under contract for to provide the VSC.

Depends on when you sent in your information to CGFNS, they will not do anything until they have a completed file on you. Average wait time once they have everything is about a month, but can take a little longer.
