visa about to expire


I'm holding a J2 visa that is about to expire (June 29th) I have SSN and EAC that is also about to expire the same day o f my visa....Now I have the MA RN license, my husband continues looking for a sponsor (he is a spanish teacher) to get H1B visa so e can stay in USA legally but any answer yet....I don't know what to do....go back home....stay here ......any advice...

You need to leave before your visa expires, Even if your husband finds a sponsor you still need to legally stay in the US and having paperwork submitted doesn't mean you can stay whilst it is being processed
