Hello
could anyone tell me what are the requirements for a foreign trained nurse to apply to Vermont state ? I have been reading the vermont board web page but I do not get it very clear
I understand that I have to send my license myself , what about english tests? and Do they ask for the Certification program CGFNS or the CES?

Im trying through Vermont because I think New York is taking too much time
