US States that do not require CGFNS evaluation or examination?

hi, I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines and I am planning to apply for an NCLEX in the State of Vermont but the problem is I am not a practicing nurse since I got my license last year and I believe that they require at least two years of practice before you can qualify to take the examination. Could anyone suggests which State/s do not require CGFNS evaluation or examination. Thanks!

Please take the time to do some reading on this forum. This has already been discussed multiple times.

I would highly recommend going some place and getting actual experience as we are expecting the US to return to requiring experience as it did in the past. States are also going back to requiring the local license and experience as well.

I am going to close this thread since you just need to take the time to do some reading here, everything that you need to know about working in the US can be found here on the International Forum. No reason to list things again here.
