I wanted to know what the process is in going to NZ from USA(PR/Greencard) if I am an ADN nurse pursuing a BSN...

You will need to apply to NZ board of nursing ans they will assess your training and decide if you meet their requirements for foreign trained nurse. Would probably be better to gain citizenship before you move (i you meet requirements) I do not think they will accept ADN
