Actually my priority date is june 2000, when I visited the visa bulletin they are processing april 1998 under f2b category. What if I completed my PN here and hopefully I can pass NCLEX, how long is the LVN-RN program? I am very sorry I really dont have any idea about this, I am very thankful that there are people like you who enlighten us regarding this issues... Thank you very much...

Is there no possibility to go to the US on a student visa and study over there?
That would give you more opportunities.

Going as a International student can be expensive.

You have I think it is 6 months from the visa being issued to activate it, you can then look at getting a reentry permit which will allow you to continue your studies in the Philippines and not have a impact on your PR

A permanent resident alien who intends to remain abroad for more than a year should, at least 30 days prior to the proposed date of departure, apply while in the United States to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in the Department of Homeland Security for Reentry Permit. The permit is valid for two years and may not be extended. If such a permit is obtained the alien may use this card to reenter the United States within the period of validity. Every alien applying for readmission must satisfy the immigration authorities that he or she is eligible in all respects for admission.

I would contact several campus that you want to continue your RN education in. Let them know that you are attending yadda yadda yadda university in the BSN program and let them know your situation. Ask them if they would accept transfer work from that university to their university. If they say yes, THEN GET IT IN WRITING. That's the best of advise I can offer.

I just want everything to make sure because I heard alot about lpn grads who cant find jobs in US or in canada..I dont want to waste my time and also my money taking up course which in the end I will be able to use... i need your immediate advise please... thanks and God Bless Us All...
LPN's are not considered a shortage occupation and therefore you will not qualify to get a visa and work as an LPN in the US. You can't even do it as an RN right now regardless of where you take your program. I am Canadian but went to school in the US for my LPN at first and then RN. I had to work in Canada as an LPN as I could not work in the US.

That is incorrect

It depends on how old sibling is when they are petitioned.

The poster is 31 and initial petition went in 2000- it is 2009 so he has waited 9 years to me that is a long time. According

to the US government web site either 1991 if married or 1998 if unmarried.
