Notice that it states that they now are requiring the credentials evaluation, there is a list of several agencies that can do this for you, but still recommend that you use CGFNS and obtain the CES. This is the only one that is accepted by all of the states that do require the credentials eval as well as it is what is required for most universities if you wish to continue on with your studies.

And that full payment must be made before they will look at anything in your application, so sending the application without payment will not get one thing done on it, and will not get anything done quicker for you.

I'm confused...so I have to send my TOR, RLE to a qualified credentialing agency, for example the CGFNS/CES....and it would cost like $328 and wait for 6-8 weeks...before I can apply to New Mexico?

That is what it is stating in that posting on their website. And expect others to start doing the same.

If you applied before the end of January, then you would have not had to meet this requirement.

And as we have been stating all along, any state can make changes when ever they wish, and they do it all of the time.

If you are not planning on working in VT, then you may wish to reconsider going thru there as you will have to endorse to another state, and when you endorse, you need to meet the requirements of the new state.

Have you passed the NLE yet? Although VT does their own transcript evaluation, they also require a local license as part of their req't.
