Caifornia takes about two years to complete the process, even without the retrogression going on............so just sit tight. Nothing is going to happen overnight. Even if things get passed in the next two months, there are still quite a few applications to finish up with that were submitted and approved before December. No one can give you an exact date right now, but my best suggestion is to go to www.visapro.com and input your number and see what it says......That will give you the closest idea...........
