U.S. Nurse looking for a job in Europe - possible???

Hey there UK Nurses!
Would you know of any American surgeon association or group that practices in Europe? I love surgical nursing and would love to do that, but may need to relocate to Europe. Have anyone heared of a way for american (english and polish speaking) surgical nurse to get a job in Europe? How difficult was the transition?

Moved to the International forum as the EU is more than just the UK.

A lot will depend on what country you want to work in, what they will accept through their nursing body and what sort of experience you have. Will also more than likely expect you to be fluent in that country's language. Then you need to look at whether the hospital will assist in obtaining a work permit
