TSE-A versus TSE-P

CGFNS accepted TSE-A as a prove of english proficiency for foreign nurses or only TSE-P is required?

I have never heard of a difference in the TSE exams..................only in the IELTS exams..........nothing posted of CGFNS website about this either.
