Torture by CGFNS

First, CGFNS Certificate has nothing to do with the Visa Screen.........Visa Screen is required by the US Government, CGFNS is just under contract to provide the service. CGFNS Certificate also tells nothing of English skills.....

Now to your other problem...........Where did you go to school? Which country? Where are you now? Who did you send the e-mails to and who did you try to contact? If you are just sending to customer service, you will be waiting months and months.........

You need to write directly to the administrators, if necessary. There addresses are already listed above...........
