TOEFL question

by joannp

I'm here on a K1 (fiancee visa) and planning to take NCLEX in the state of Vermont. Do I need to take TOEFL to endorse to California (after i pass) since i'm a foreign graduate and didn't take the local board? Thanks in advanced.
