That was just recently introduced last week and the other one (for schedule A) they are talking about has yet to be introduced.

It is not even in the floor for voting. If it passes the House, it has to be aligned with a similar bill in the Senate and then the compromised bill will have to undergo another process and sometimes the final bill will not look the same as any of the House or Senate versions and sometimes they take out some provisions as well at the last minute.

It is a welcome development but it still has a long way to go. Silver-lining is that many are optimistic for reasons that were mentioned on that post. It seems to have a better chance from ALL the previous ones that have been introduced before and their have been MANY.
