hi my name is dennis. i am a filipino nurse living in manila. im interested in taking up phlebotomy. but i have no idea if training/certification is offered in philppines. i was thinking. could i get a us student visa if i would like to study in the us or canada. would i be granted one. can i apply for work in the us if were a certified phlebotomist living in the philippines. if so how. thanks for the reply.
