Status of 50K Recaptured Sch. A Visas

I think it is time to restart the discussion about the status of 50,000 recaputured (Sch. A - for Nurses) Visas for nurses from Philippines, India and China. The latest Visa Bulletin (March 2006) shows that the dates are still classified as 'Current' (that means available). Is there any possibility of getting information on how many Visas under this category are used up and when it will finish? Do you have any idea? Please share your info here.
