    I'm from the Philippines, and passed the NCLEX last 2010. I'm licensed in Saipan but still in my country due to the ongoing retrogression. My license will expire in June 2012, and I have all the required documents at hand and notarized.

    My problem is that Saipan renewal application forms require an SSN number, which I still do not have because I'm still here in the Philippines. If so, how can I proceed with my license renewal without an SSN? thanks guys!
