Sponsorship for Nurses

Does anyone know about the process of undocumented immigrants with a U.S. nursing degree getting sponsored by hospitals/clinics here in the U.S.? Is this possible? Thanks.

If undocumented then I think you will have problems staying in the US and being sponsored Plus with retrogression you are still looking at years waiting

There is no way to adjust your status to being sponsored for employment if you don't have a status. Otherwise everyone would do it, rather than getting in line and doing things the correct way.
