Re: Sponsorship after Nclex exam....
Sorry, but there is not one way that you can get a visa to work in the US legally, no matter what dear sweet auntie is telling you. You will be subject to being deported from the US. And for a period of ten years plus.
There are no visas of any type available for you and we do not have any for nursing assistants in the first place, nor for LPNs either. There is no shortage of them and therefore no need for a visa.
And if your auntie thinks that she can fix papers for you, she needs to think again. You will be getting nothing but grief. And since there is no chance of you getting a visa to legally work in the US for the next five years or so because of the retrogression, you will be looking over your shoulder on a daily basis and expecting to be picked up by ICE and deported.
Guess that dear, sweet Auntie (not) forgot to telly you about the raids that happen all of the time with these wonderful nursing homes. If you do not believe me, check out some of the threads on the Philipine Forum that we have been discussing lately. And be very aware that US immigration reads these forums here and are very aware of what is going on in CA.
Your auntie also does not know a thing about licensing in the US, as well as the fact that there are no working visas. The only thing that is available for you is the green card, and that is going to take you five years for a chance at one, no matter what this person has told you.
You are welcome to trust her, but be aware that if you are picked up by immigration, you will be placed in a holding cell in immigration detention that is attached to the federal prisons and you will not be able to select your roommate/cell mate.
Please take the time to do some reading on this forum. There is much in the way of pertinent information that you really need to have; not the garbage, and sorry that is what it is that your auntie is feeding to you, about what are the requirements for working in the US.
And if you do not believe what others have posted here as well, you may wish to check out what we are telling you with the US Embassy. I am sure that they would love to hear all about your aunt and what she has proposed that you do.
