Just read that you and RGN1 are heading to Canada. Can't say I blame you! Lots and lots of luck with your moving and all the preperations that go with it. This is my first mid-western winter. We have had over 17 inches of snow this week, an ice storm and it reached -10 FARENHEIT for crying out loud this week. Brrrr..... And, I am supposed to be in Florida...took a wrong turn somewhere!

Well today Danny received his letter from Canadian embassy confirming he meets requirements for temp work permit so now I busy trying to arrange time to go over and look for a house to buy on my own . We didn't post application until between Christmas and New year so looking at approx 4 weeks which also included the request for further documentation so can't grumble

Well bought a house and now the flights are booked for the 31st March  Seems so real now. Shipping belongings and dogs sorted among everything else. In one way can't wait and in another scared witless

"To get the fruit of the tree you have to go out on a limb." (McLaine, S; 1980 something) I think.

All the best SD. *whistles 'Leaving On A Jet Plane' while typing*.....
