Just read that you and RGN1 are heading to Canada. Can't say I blame you! Lots and lots of luck with your moving and all the preperations that go with it. This is my first mid-western winter. We have had over 17 inches of snow this week, an ice storm and it reached -10 FARENHEIT for crying out loud this week. Brrrr..... And, I am supposed to be in Florida...took a wrong turn somewhere!

Well today Danny received his letter from Canadian embassy confirming he meets requirements for temp work permit so now I busy trying to arrange time to go over and look for a house to buy on my own . We didn't post application until between Christmas and New year so looking at approx 4 weeks which also included the request for further documentation so can't grumble

:ancong!:HlloCanDid I ever tell you my Sister lived in Canada, she loved the summers hated the winters they are a little cold LOL Frost bite and all that. Anyway I know you'll either love it or hate it!!!!

Yea!! Thats fantastic news! Good luck with the move and by the time you get to Canada, the worst of the winter will be gone and you will have a beautiful spring to enjoy!!!!
Thanks guys, looking at a quick reccy trip next week if I can get sorted on looking at some houses with final move towards the end of March. Already been doing a lot of packing but still a few things to sort out.

Well bought a house and now the flights are booked for the 31st March Seems so real now. Shipping belongings and dogs sorted among everything else. In one way can't wait and in another scared witless
Wow that's amonth away.....would take me a YEAR to unpack my stuffed 50yo family home.
