simple question from a careful applicant..

for the CES form and NJ application form, what do i use, pen or pencil? hee-ha.. yeah, i know guys the question is simple but i posted this thread because i really dunno what to use..i just wanna make certain that im not gonna get wrong in accomplishing these forms/papers..i appreciate if you guys respond. muchos gracias!
