Actually this girl can work in the USA, if she got married to USA citizen, it does not matter whether she is here illegally or is out of status, she would be able to get a SS# and finally get a green card. The other way is have her family petition for her if they are american citizens, then she will get a green card though this takes a long time. Good luck!

That's true and it takes some time in order to get all that stuff going. Plus she would be watched for several years to make sure that the reason for the marriage isn't solely for a green card. I'm unsure regarding the out of status thing, but I thought you had to go back to your country of origin in order to go through the process for the K1 visa. If she's already married I don't think she can get her family to petition her, but if she's single then yes.

Currently can not file for AOS EAD and be able to work therefore getting a ITIN number will be hard as you still need to meet ITIN requirements and unless in the US or have to pay US taxes then will be very hard to get one

I hope you guys are aware that this post is a year old by now, and that the OP went home, or so she/he claimed.
