    I am IEN received my eligibility to write CRNE form CNO. I hold my PR too and currently leaving out of canada. my question is whether I can register for the exam from out side of canada or I have to be present in canada for registration in CRNE in coming October exam. My plan is to go to canada few days just before the exam and write it in Toronto.
