My suggestion is wait for the list to come out in June and apply for PR, you should be able to meet requirements as long as you have 12 months paid full time employment. Then you can come over and look for work and be able to live in Canada as you will have PR. You will be required to pass a English exam regardless to whether English is your first language. I think similar requirement for French. Start getting paperwork sorted now so you can submit as soon as the list comes out in June
