regarding nclex

hi! is it true that you need to be a US citizen to qualify for nclex exam?My uncle told me that i need to be RN to ba able to take the clex exam.
please enlighten me with this matters.
And how can i get a ATT form in las vegas? o don't know a website where i could download a form.thanks!

Yes, of course you need to be a RN-BSN in the Philippines to take the NCLEX-RN and no you don't have to be a US citizen to qualify for it. Foreign-educated nurses are qualified to be petitioned and are given green cards.

If you have not graduated from your BSN course yet then you can't do anything yet.
