REAPPLICATION requirements

by ydnice

hello, i jsut want to ask if anybody knows about the requirements for reapplication for nclex. see, i sent my reapplication form with my demand draft. 3 days after, they sent me a confirmation card and fingerprint cards. Im not sure if this mail is related to my reapplication process because i had also requested a fingerprint card for my sister in law. now im confused whether this is the fingerprint card i ask for for my sister in law or this is the requirements i need to fill for my reapplication. I address it both to my name. plshelp

Moved this to the International Forum where they deal more with the licensure issues. What state are you applying to?

Trying to understand what you are after.

If you have resent reapplication form including fingerprints and you now think maybe should have been for sister in law then all you can do is re request application. If you have filled your name in I don't think you can cross out name for your sister in law

What she wants to ask is that.. if you sent the reapplication form and the $75 payment, what will she receive? Do the BON send another fingerprint card or theres no need for that?

There is no reason for more fingerprints to be sent if they have been submitted once already, the same way that your school does not send anything in again.

Notice that it does not ask you to submit them again either.
