re:registration with pearson vue?

hi, i have a question..I register with pearson vue already as i was asked by NMBON to register. My question is that pearson vue will email me and inform me if my registration was okay and by then i will be able to choose the date i wanted to take the exam?please i need clarification from all of you..thanks..
