Re: Questions about passport signature and i.d verification for NCLEX in hong kong

Updated Dec 11, 2006 at 05:57 AM by aspen2010

Hi! i really hope you can help me with this. I heard there have been people who were not allowed to take the NCLEX exam because they don't have signatures on their passport.

My passport signature contains only the initials of my first and middle names and then the whole of my last name. I'm also not sure if it is legible enough but that is how I sign my signature. My question is, is it alright to present this form of identification? It says in the NCLEX bulletin that signature in the identification must be in ENglish character. My signature looks chaotic so I'm not sure if they think they're in English character. :icon_cheesygrin:

Are there people out there who've already taken the NCLEX who can share their experience about id identification and the likes when they took the exam? How was it? Is it ok to present driver's license instead of passport? I would greatly appreciate it if you could explain about the whole process that takes place before they let you take the exam.

THAnks! I really need your help!

No need to worry about that. Mine is just the same as yours. First and middle names in initials and the last full name with a circle.

No, but for NCLEX, the passport is enough.
