RE Examination of NCLEX-RN

by mark22

My friend failed to his recent NCLEX-RN examination, i want to know if he can use his pearsonvue account once he made eligible upon reapplication to NCLEX. So he would not pay another $200. since his account was registered a couple of month ago, knowing that pearsonvue account expires after a year.

Makes no difference once the exam is taken then all fees have to be paid again so if outside the US that will be $200 plus $150

You only get one attempt at the exam with each payment for the exam. His account is valid for up to a year, provided that he did not write the exam.

One payment equals one writing of the exam. He is going to have to pay the licensing fee to the state again as well as the fee for the exam. Definitely not an inexpensive thing to have to do.

Sure, he can use the same account number, but there is no money left in it at this time. He will have to add additional funds to it. He essentially spent the money that he deposited into that account, he cannot buy anything else since it was used.
