quite confused!bout NCLEX-RN,VSC

i applied in California to give me an approval to take NCLEX-RN Exam. now i am waiting for their eligibility.(is that a letter that i will receive from the CA board of nursing?) or is that what we call "ATT" authorization to test? after that am i now able to set an appointment to pearsonvue to schedule an exam?

after i pass the NCLEX then i need to pass also IELTS then apply for VisaScreen Certificate?then what's next? find an employer that will petition/sponsor me for I-140 type of visa?

this is the process that i know, am i right?? thank you so much

After receiving your eligibility. Apply at pearsonvue for your ATT. Pls don't be confused about eligibility and ATT. Totally different thing. After getting your ATT then thats the time you can schedule for your exam. Goodluck!
