question re standing orders and private flu clinics in Quebec

I'm hoping someone here would be able to answer this question for me. I'm starting to organize privately run flu clinics in the Montreal area and am wondering if I need a standing medical order to give epinephrine and benadryl in case of an anaphylactic reaction. I know in Ontario one is needed (or at least was) but Quebec is different and I've been told it's not necessary. I've tried calling the OIIQ but can never get anyone from the practice consultation on the phone. I do have training given by public health but that's not until October. I'm writing the protocols for the clinics and need the info before that.

    Anyone know?

    Thanks in advance!
