question about Physcial health and Nursing career?

by rhp123

I have a question, if Chest X-ray shows minute calcified granuloma, but no active TB, will the hospital still hire the person as a nurse?

I'm posting here since nurses from Asian countries may be more familiar with TB because of the high infection rate there (no bad intention here). I came from an Asian country too, but I'm not a nurse. Right now I am trying to get into a nursing school in the States, I am not sure whether this Chest X-ray stuff will prevent me from getting into the program.

Thanks for any information.

If there is no active TB, then there should be no issue.
