Question about English exam


I am a green card holder thru my husband's petition, my question is do I need to take an english exam for a nursing licensure? Or will it be enough if I can I just ask for a certification from my school that English is the medium used in teaching in our school?

You'll be asked for you English Exam when applies for NCLEX no matter if you hold or not a green card !
