You first required step will be to get a nursing license to practice in the US, and specifically in Florida, if that is where you wish to work.
You will need to get a CES, which is a credentials eval done by CGFNS, you can access the application at
www.CGFNS.org and then will need the application for licensure by examination from Florida, as well as the Visa Screen Certificate application from the CGFNS website.
Just those three things.
