Problem in registration with pearson

Hello, I'm trying to register at pearson but i couldn't proceed because they are asking for a state/province where i finished the nursing program, i chose the philippines then at the bottom of it is the "State/Province" but the down arrow is hidden and i couldn't write or typed anything on the space provided... so when i clicked the next button, it won't proceed to the next questions and requiring to fill the said item but i couldn't put anything on that, not my fault, ive checked all the categories and i have filled it all up correctly.. what would i do? help... anyone with the same problem? what did you do?
