No offense in telling you the facts practical nursing is not describe in immigration law as a way to be a qualified immigrant. If you have only read the articles on NVC website or USCIS you will know your fate.
There are anomalous marketing campaigns in the Philippines that practical nursing is in demand abroad. I am not against PN but you know there are corrupt schools who are not after your welfare but just wanted to have your money.
Kindly read the by-laws of US immigration especially under immigrant and temporary workers. In US there are no shortcuts the rule of the law will always prevail.
