Povidone solution

by Mepete

We are updating our policies and procedures. Question: How long after a Povidone solution container/bottles has been opened, should it be discarded? There is an expiry date on the bottle, but if the usage is very slow, how long should it be used with safety. We did some lit researches but could not find an exact answer. Any advice out there? Thanks a lot!

Default Re: Povidone solution
You could try contacting the manufacturer, or asking your hospital's infectious disease staff?
